Apples are served daily in the school cafeteria. Fresh apples are bought by the case - a case having from 100 to 125 apples. Each week we serve a whole case of apples.

Baked apples are served once every three weeks. The production records show on August 17, 169 servings; on September 28 , 202 servings; and on October 19 ,176 servings of apples.

Apples are very good for you. A old saying is "An apple a day will keep the doctor away".
