Triple Cranberry Sauce
1 cup frozen cranberry cocktail, thawed
1/3 cup sugar
1- 12 oz. pkg.fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup dried cranberries(about 2 oz.)
3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
2 tsp. minced orange peel
1/4 tsp. ground all-spice
* Combine cranberry concentrate and sugar in heavy saucepan
*Bring to a boil over high hear, stirring until sugar dissolves
*Add fresh and dired cranberries and cook until dried berries begin to soften
and fresh berries begin to pop, stirring often ( about 7 minutes)
*Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients
*Cool completely
*Cover, chill until cold (about 2 hrs.)
*Keep refrigerated
Yield: 2 1/2 Cups

Grandmother's Famous Cranberry Bread
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 egg,beaten
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups light raisins
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries,chopped
*Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda into a large
bowl. ?
*Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
*Add egg, orange peel, and orange juice all at once;stir just until mixture
is evenly moist.
*Fold in raisins and cranberries.
*Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hr. and 10 min.,
or until tested done.
*Remove from pan;cool on a wire rack.
Yield: one loaf
