1. From 1998 to 2002, what were the major trends for your group and grade level? Did NCEs tend to increase, remain about the same or decrease from 1998 to 2002?

Using only the 2002 NCEs which you recorded for your group and grade on the previouos sheets,
complete the Summary Chart for 2002 NCEs by following instructions 2-6 listed below.
2. In column A, record the highest 2002 NCE (exclude Composite and Total).
3. In column B, record the lowest 2002 NCE (exclude Composite and Total).
4. In column C, record the NCEs for 2002 which were less than the national median of 50.
5. In column D, record the NCEs for 2002 which were less than the state's NCEs (for grades 6-8 only).
6. In column E, record 2002 Reading, Vocabulary, language, Language Mechanics, Math, and Math Computation NCEs.
Then circle the lower of the Reading-Vocabulary pair, the Language-Language Mechanics pair, and the Math-Math Computation pair.
